In-App Deletion
Navigate to Profile Settings → Account → Delete Account in the VetAngle app. You will be asked to confirm before your account is scheduled for deletion.
Email Request
Send a deletion request to privacy@vetanglesolutions.com from the email address associated with your account. Include "Account Deletion Request" in the subject line.
10.1 What Happens When You Delete Your Account
- Your account is immediately deactivated and you will be logged out of all sessions.
- Your profile information, saved addresses, and notification preferences are deleted within 30 days.
- Active bookings will be cancelled in accordance with our cancellation policy, and any eligible refunds will be processed.
- Anonymised veterinary records (no longer linked to you) are retained for 7 years as required by veterinary practice regulations.
- Payment records are retained for 6 years as required by tax and financial regulations.
10.2 Grace Period
After initiating deletion, there is a 14-day grace period during which you can contact us to restore your account. After the grace period expires, deletion is permanent and cannot be reversed.
10.3 Data You Can Export Before Deletion
Before deleting your account, you may request a copy of your personal data (including profile information, pet/livestock records, and consultation history) by contacting us at privacy@vetanglesolutions.com or through your Profile Settings. This export is provided free of charge within 30 days.

Our Platform is not intended for use by children under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 16 without verified parental or guardian consent.
If we become aware that we have collected personal data from a child under 16 without verified parental consent, we will take steps to delete that information promptly.
